Who is eligible for this program?
This program is open to designers, stagers and business members in the home decor industry. We require your business number in your application.
How do I order swatches?
Once you have been approved and registered for our program, you may order swatches on our website free of charge. To order your complimentary swatches:
- Log into your account.
- In the products of your choice, select Buy a Swatch to add this item to your cart
- When you have completed your selection, head to checkout. Your designer discount will appear at checkout
Are your fabrics in stock?
Our fabrics are in-stock and ready to ship unless indicated on our website. Our stock levels are continuously changing and we will contact you with any unexpected shortages.
If you are working on a project that requires a large amount of fabric, we encourage you to reach out to us in advance with your project needs.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders for all in-stock items will be ready to ship within 2-4 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during promotional periods.
How do I add members of my team to my trade account?
If you have additional members in your team that will be placing orders , include their name(s) and email address(es) in the Message portion of the application.
